Non citi glitch..

You have to be online and you're citizenship days needs to be 0.. Once you're citizenship goes you don't have citizenship any more and you DO NOT get kicked so you can enjoy the last endings of you're citizenship.. Once you have refreshed you DO NOT have citizenship :)
